Signing up is easy. Select the plan that best meets your needs whether Free, Personal, or Business. Free accounts need only register with an email address.

What can I do on DocQ?

The first release of DocQ allows users to upload PDF documents from the PC or Web, organize them, edit them, share, and host them in a secure business-friendly environment. DocQ is an online business center giving PDF users an easy to use system to back up documents, share them, as well as modify and change the PDF. Use DocQ instead of the fax machine or overnight shipping when needing to fill and send PDF forms. If a signature is required, be sure to sign with a DocQ Verified Digital Signature.

Does my document have to be in the PDF format?

No. While we think the PDF format is the best format to send and share documents, you do not have to upload it as a PDF. If you have a document in any of the office formats (as well as many others) you can upload it and we will convert it to a PDF for you automatically. If you want to create PDF's first and apply additional settings we recommend our PDF creator.

Where are my documents stored?

DocQ uses Amazon.com's state of the art AWS which provides an extremely high degree of security, redundancy, and availability for your documents. This technical document provides more information on Amazon's security processes, standards support, processes, and availability.

Where can I get the mobile viewer?

DocQ has a custom mobile site for your phone. Simply visit docq.com from your mobile device. Once you login to your account, you may view and share your documents. If you are an iPhone user, stay posted or periodically search the App Store for "DocQ".

Where can I get DocQ Onramp so I can automatically scan documents to DocQ?

DocQ Onramp is available here. DocQ also provides automatic batch uploading. Simply choose the upload button in browser and select multiple files by holding the <ctrl> or <shift> keys.

What is your uptime?

DocQ uses Amazon.com's high availability data center which has an SLA guarantees a 99.95% availability over 365 day period.

What steps have been taken to ensure security?

We understand you may use DocQ to share and store sensitive material, which is why we have utilized best practices for restricting unauthorized personnel access from all accounts and have implemented stringent privacy policy as reviewed by Truste.

What are the limits of a free account?

Free Accounts provide users with many of the features of paid accounts including document storage, form filling, PDF sharing, commenting, and mobile access. Restrictions on the free accounts include document size limitations, number of uploaded documents, amount of PDF sharing. Free accounts with no login activity for 90 days will be subject to removal. Restrictions are subject to change.
